I dedicate this service to help you understand what’s happening deep inside, in the layers of the nervous system where the conscious mind blurs into the unconscious. Most symptoms that bring people to therapy are the result of, or strongly related to, difficulties in maintaining this biological balance. It’s important to be aware of this underlying process. We will learn different mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathwork and Yoga Nidra to help calm your mind, self-soothe and learn to self-regulate your nervous system.

In this immersion, I combine three very powerful techniques: Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Yoga Nidra.

I offer private group/event containers in varying venues around Arizona to create collective experiences of deep relaxation, healing and vibration. 

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based guided meditation practice that uses a series of body, breath and awareness techniques. 

These techniques help you enter the various brain waves to slow down your thought-flow and brain wave frequency. Thus, allowing your mind to be disengaged from stress producing thoughts. 

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga consists of passive and longer-held poses that work deeply into the tissues of the body. The purpose of this practice is to apply the proper levels of stress on our deeper connective tissues and layers of fascia. 

Targeting these areas in a way that gently and appropriately opens them up. Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. 

What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing is the practice of using sound vibrations to help you reach a meditative state. Sound frequency helps facilitate shifts in our brain waves, which activate the body's system of self-healing. This practice is ancient and sacred.
